7-9pm on Wednesday 4 December Desborough Library and Community Hub NN14 2QS Join us at Desborough Library and Community Hub to take your first steps in crochet! Learn the basics and you will be able to practise this relaxing skill at home, with a world of yarns to choose from. Hooks and yarn provided at the workshop, just bring yourself. Classes make great gifts too! All materials provided for this adult craft session, younger learners by arrangement. Free parking at rear of building. Refreshments available. Not essential but useful...I will have a small selection of handmade sterling silver yarn rings at £20 available if you are interested in trying one on. Yarn rings, also known as tension rings (see picture) are used when knitting or crocheting to spare your finger from yarn burn, and keep the yarn in a consistent position to help with tension and speed.
