Class Description
Four Week Art Adventure: Colour! In this four-week course, we will explore the exciting world of colour. If you're not sure where to start when it comes to colour basics, this is for you! We'll look at the colour wheel, the essentials of colour mixing, how colour affects our artwork and what mood it can evoke, and how to make colour work for us to create impactful art. By the end of this course, you should be able to choose and create colour confidently. Week One - Painting a colour wheel Week Two - Mixing colours and understanding saturation Week Three - Colour harmony and exploring mood Week Four - Monochromatic painting (using one colour with black and white)
