Gemstone and Spiral Pendant

Large gemstone pendant, drilled and decorated with handmade spiral embellishment.  The silver plated spiral has a slightly flattened profile to catch the light. The pendant hangs from brown waxed cotton cord, with adjustable sliding knots.
 
Length approximately 36mm, width approximately 22mm.
